Convenience of Airport
The airport is located on the North side of Puerto Vallarta and adjacent to Highway 200, a major freeway that runs the rim of the Bay of Banderas. Any airport taxi can take you to El Banco. Your total travel time by car should be no more than 30 minutes.
If you're driving by car from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, take Highway 200 North for about 20km, passing through the town of Bucerias. Then take the 'Punta de Mita' exit and follow the road for another 10km before you reach the site of El Banco.
